One-tap sign-in

Agents sign in with the Google account they already have. Roles decide who may change what, and everything that happens to your data is on a ledger you can read.
A line drawing of three agencies side by side, with no line ever passing from one agency's rows into another's. On the left, a team: a principal and two agents, each a dot joined to one rule. In the middle, two people on nobody's team. One signs in and a workspace of their own draws around them, with themselves as principal. The other has been invited: a dashed line from the principal, a held place in the team, and a link marked seven days and this email only. They press Sign in with Google to accept and the dashed line goes solid; then they move into the held place, which becomes a row of their own — they are the fourth member. Below the team, a listing: the asking price fills in, and the reserve is a padlock over an empty slot, marked for the principal and the sourcing agent only. Then the principal removes an agent: the line joining them to the team is cut, their row reads archived, and the handset beside it goes with them.
Every account founds its own agency. The one way into yours is an invitation only that address can accept — and the principal can take it back.

The principal shapes the agency — settings, addresses, the brand, the team. Agents work their own clients, calendar and inbox.
Each agent connects their own calendar and gets their own email address under the agency's subdomain.
The brand kit and the design board are the team's. A write lock keeps two people from overwriting each other's work.
Confidential figures — the reserve, the owner's expectation — are never sent to a screen that may not see them. Not hidden in the page: never delivered to it.
Our own staff can only reach your workspace through a console that logs every action with a reason. There is no quiet way in.
Export your conversations and close the agency yourself, from Settings, when you choose to.
