The compliance floor

The rules are in the software, not in a prompt.

Victorian real-estate law shapes what an AI on your phone may say, and the Spam Act shapes what it may send. Ours is built to those rules in code — and shows its work in the CRM.

A line drawing in three parts, with a written record underneath. On the phone: the assistant speaks first, saying the call is recorded and that she is an AI, then answers a price question with the advertised guide — and where the reserve and another buyer's offer would be, nothing is drawn but an empty rule with a cross on it, and the reason beside it. In the Section 32: an answer arrives with the page it came from; a question the document does not cover is crossed out, and she says so rather than guessing. In writing: two contacts carry a recorded basis for consent and are sent to, each send carrying an unsubscribe; a third has no basis recorded, so nothing goes out; a fourth texts STOP, which is written down at once and cancels the send that was queued for them, and when they write again nothing goes back. Underneath, a line is written for every one of them, each with its reason — the two that were answered carry a mark, the three where nothing was sent do not, and the last line is written although no reply ever was.

What she may not say, she does not say. What may not be sent is not sent. Every refusal, and every silence, is written down with its reason.

Disclosed on open

She says she is recorded, and that she is an AI, before anything else. The recording half cannot be switched off.

Never the reserve

She quotes the advertised range. The reserve is not in her vocabulary, whatever a caller asks.

No buyer hears another's offer

What one buyer offered is sealed from every other buyer, by rule.

Cited, or not claimed

Section 32 answers carry the page they came from. What the document does not say is not said.

Consent, recorded

Every marketing contact carries the basis on which it may be mailed, and every send carries an unsubscribe that works. An opt-out stops everything we start.

STOP and START, ledgered

A text opt-out is written down the moment it arrives; there is no switch that could ignore it.

Every turn, and every silence

What the AI said, did, declined and did not answer is logged per agency. A reply that never came is visible, not lost.

No outbound calls

She answers. She does not dial. There is no tile and no tool that places a call.

What this page may claim. None of this is a promise about outcomes. It is a description of what the software does and refuses to do, and each line can be checked in the CRM's own logs.
