Google, two ways

Each agent connects their own Google Calendar in one click. Availability is computed from it — work hours, buffers, existing events — and bookings land there with the caller's details attached.
A line drawing of one week as a ruled grid. Each day carries the hours that agent takes appointments — shorter on Saturday. The events already in their calendar sit inside those hours as filled blocks, and a dashed outline grows around each one: the buffer. Every hour that is left over appears as an open one-hour slot. A caller on the line speaks to the assistant, who reads the grid, and one open slot becomes a booking, with the invite drawn beside it: the address, their number, and what was said. Then two more times are asked for in writing. Those sit on the grid dashed, waiting, and land on the desk as things to confirm. The agent presses Book and one becomes real. Nobody answers the other: the agent is told at four hours, and at five the time is released and the slot is open again — while the request itself stays on the desk.
Open times are what is left of your week. On the phone she books one. In writing she asks, by default — and an ask nobody answers is released.

Work hours, appointment lengths and a buffer per agent decide what counts as free. She offers real slots, never a guess.
On any paid plan, an appraisal or inspection is booked while the caller is still on the line; the invite carries the address, the caller's number and the conversation's context.
Requested, booked, visited, won or lost — one press moves a deal to its next stage, and a won appraisal converts to a listing.
Open homes, auctions, vendor meetings, blocks of time — with guests, repeats and a Meet link if you want one.
A booking that never gets confirmed does not sit there forever: it expires on a timer, the agent is told, and the slot is free again.
Every agent's real availability on one view, with the bookings that came from calls beside the ones they made themselves.
What this page may claim. Booking from a call needs a phone line, which the free Desk plan does not have. Automatic confirmation is a setting the principal turns on.
